Y5 Worship Assembly

Y5 parents are welcome to share in our whole school worship. Today's theme is on the topic of 'Sacrifice'. The children in Year 5 will lead the worship. The usual celebration assembly will follow.

Y4 , School Choir and St.Mary’s Choir.

As Mr Orrell has now left the Music Service, the annual Let's Sing Event is no more. Mrs Woodward, along with her colleagues at St. Mary's have organised our very own musical extravaganza for the 2 schools. More details nearer the time. Times to be confirmed nearer the time.

Y6 Rejoice Assembly

Year 6 warmly invite their families into school to share in the 'Rejoice' session of their Religious Education work.

HCPT Sponsored Walk

KS 1 children will be holding their annual sponsored walk in support of the HCPT charity. More details will be sent nearer the time.

EYFS and KS1 Mothers’ Day Assembly

The children in EYFS and KS1 will lead the worship assembly with the theme of 'Mothers' Day'. Parents and grandparents are welcome to attend.

NSPCC Shout Out. Speak Out Assembly

As part of our PSHE curriculum, the children will hear from the NSPCC about how to stay safe and what to do if you think someone is in danger. There will be a KS1 assembly at 9am and then a KS2 assembly at 9.30 am.  Y5 and Y6 will then [...]

Family Mass – Reception, Y2 and Y5

All parents and children are warmly invited to help us celebrate mass at St. Richard's Church. Children in Reception, Years 2 and 5 will take part in the readings, bidding prayers and 'The Offertory'.

Non-Uniform Day (chocolate) and Easter Bonnet Parade

Children to come into school wearing their own clothes (sensible shoes and appropriate clothing). Please send in a chocolate donation. Easter Bonnet Parade (refreshments will be available (Friends' Group) - all children are invited to take part. Prizes for the winners in each class.

Stations of the Cross

The children will be visiting St. Richard's Church. More information nearer the time.

World Autism Awareness Day

Non-Uniform Day - Wear Blue. This year, we are participating in the World event to raise awareness of Autism and the joys and difficulties it brings. We look forward to seeing a blue school on this day.
