Year 1 Phonics Screening Check (inc. Y2 resits)
Children in Year 2 who did not pass or who did not take the Y1 PSC last year will re-sit the PSC (national directive).
Key Stage 1 (inc EYFS) Fathers’ Day Assembly
Today's assembly is led by Reception, Year1 and Year 2. Parents are welcome to attend.
End of Year Assessments (Y1,Y2,Y3, Y4 and Y5)
End of Year assessments in: Punctuation and Spelling Reading Maths (Arithmetic and Reasoning)
Y5 WOPPS Concert
Y5 will perform for their parents at the annual Y5 Concert. More information to be sent by Wigan Music Service nearer the time.
Y4 Local Walk and Picnic
Year 4 will be exploring the local area and having a picnic while out and about in the woodland areas.
Year 6 Assembly
Today's assembly is led by Year 6. Parents are welcome to attend.
Design and Technology Week
Children will undertake their third and final D&T project for the year.
Y5 Children visit St. Mary’s
The children in Year 5 will visit St. Mary's for the morning. They will travel to and from St. Mary's by coach. Thank you to St. Mary's for providing transport.
Hindsford Day Nursery Sports’ Day
Hindsford Day Nursery will have their Sports' Day on our school field today. We look forward to welcoming all of the children, staff and families to our school site.
