Children from other local primary schools (consortia of schools) will visit today to undertake a series of mathematical reasoning challenges with a selection of children from our Year 6 class.

Children can come to school in their own clothes today in exchange of a chocolate donation - prizes for the Friends Chocolate Bingo event. The FRIENDS' group do wonderful work helping to raise funds for school and our pupils. All money raised is spent on the children.

Today's assembly will be led by Year 5. Parents of children in Year 5 are warmly invited to attend.

The children in Year 6 are off for their 5-day residential to Coniston (Lake District).

Father Carl will lead mass in school, supported by children in Year 4. All parents are welcome to attend mass.

Ks1 bingo will be starting from 2.15 pm, any parents that are playing bingo will have their children collected and brought to the hall; this can include siblings also. Hopefully all the children will be collected by 2.30pm ready for the bingo to start.

Once you've collected your child, please proceed straight to the school hall, so we can begin the bingo at 3.45pm. The Year 6 children, may or may not be back from Low Bank Ground in time for this event.

Today is our pupil-parent conference day. Nearer the time you will be able to select your timeslot and come into school to spend time with your child looking through their books.
