five day adventure residential in Coniston at the Wigan owned venue of Low Bank Ground. The children will engage in a range of activities including; kayaking, canoeing, hill walking, orienteering and a range of other activities - weather dependent.
The children in Years 3 - 5 will visit St. Richard's Church to reflect on the meaning of the Stations of the Cross

Key Stage 1 Children (inc Reception) - Create (design and make) an Easter bonnet. Key Stage 2 Children - decorate an egg - you can use a real egg (hard boiled please) or create your own.
Y3 will visit Bolton Museum to enhance their learning.

To remember and celebrate VE day (Victory in Europe) the children can come to school wearing red, white and / or blue. Staff will deliver an assembly explaining why it is important we remember this day.
